Pleiades (Seven Sisters) a constellation looks like a tiny misty dipper of six little stars and one of the most visible star pattern that can be spotted with the unaided eye. According to Greek mythology, the Pleiads were the seven daughters of Atlas who are : Maia, Electra, Alcyone, Taygete, Asterope, Celaeno and Merope.
This dress refers to the first sister out of seven which is named MAIA one of the daughters of Atlas who is a Titan god of endurance. Eldest and most beautiful of the sisters and mother of Hermes, Maia is usually associated with fertility and growth. By the Romans she’s seen as their Spring Goddess which is why month is called ‘May.’
