General Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of your Order

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. This is an acknowledgement of your details and is not a confirmation of your order. A contract between you and Minzkou is confirmed once you receive an email with your tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or have pricing, detail or description errors we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

” MINZKOU PROVIDES FREE WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS  “

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 or 3 working days subject to credit clearance and address verification. All international shipments are delivered by  express shipping services and are totally complimentary.

 

Orders are shipped with the shipping service usually takes 2-4 days to reach the delivery destination or it may take more depending on the subjected country. See the table below for the subjected countries.

All shipments sent  require a signature as proof of delivery. Shipments are insured whilst in transit from Minzkou until the parcel is signed for, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. The tracking information is available in your account information once a shipment has been generated with our shipping service. You may use this to track your parcel on the link that will be provided. If your tracking information is not available, please email customercare@minzkou.com .

Shipping company authorize parcels to be left at an agreed location (eg. Outside the delivery address). A signed note will be required and this will be used as proof of delivery. Customers that authorize this form of delivery do so at their own risk. Neither the shipping company nor Minzkou are responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please provide us with a telephone number. Any orders sent out that cannot be delivered will be returned to Minzkou and the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery. A charge will be incurred should you not be present during the specified delivery window or if the driver is required to wait.

 

EU EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders that are shipped with our shipping service take 2-3 days to reach the delivery address. Please note that this may take longer for reasons beyond our control.

Returning Guidelines

If the item was dissatisfying, we will be happy to give you full refund of your money if the item is;

To Return an Item:

  2. Request a Return Authorization Reference number.
  3. Include your original receipt in the returned parcel ensuring that your Return Authorization Reference number is clearly written on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns reference number will not be accepted.
  4. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
  5. The address for return will be given after contacting for return.

Tailored Items

Minzkou accepts exchange for tailored items only if there is a mistake by our service. If there is an error on tailored items by our Production Department, Minzkou refunds your return shipping fee or may offer store credit for the fee. Exchanging the item will be free of charge and the same corrected order will be re-send as long as it’s available and in stock.If the same order is not available, our customer will be happy to help you on how to fix the situation. In contrast, we unfortunately do not accept any exchange on tailored items unless there was a mistake made by our Production Department. Before the evaluation of our team to confirm the acceptance of the item, the product must be;

  • re-sent within 10 days after arrival
  • in good condition
  • label is attached
  • undamaged, unused, unwashed
  • in its original package

To Return a Tailored Item:

  1. Get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at customercare@minzkou.com

Tailored Items

Minzkou accepts free exchange for tailored items only if there is a mistake by our service.

Exchanging the item will be free of charge if there is an error on tailored item by our Production Department, Minzkou refunds your exchange shipping fee or may offer store credit for the fee within 15 business days. The fixed order will be re-sent as long as it’s available and in stock. If the same order is not available or not doable due to unexpected reasons, our customer care service will be happy to help you on how to fix the situation and replace the item.

Before we exchange the item, there will be evaluation of our team to confirm the acceptance of the item for exchange, the product must be;

  • re-sent within  5 days after arrival
  • in good condition
  • label is attached
  • undamaged, unused, unwashed
  • in its original package

 

The House unfortunately does not accept any return on tailored items.

The item that will be returned/exchanged must be sent back to the same address and the item requested for return or exchange will be evaluated by our customer service to give confirmation/approval before acceptance which may take up to one week to 10 (ten) business days.

Please include your receipt in the mail and if item/items are lost during return or exchange process, shipping and item fee will not be refunded/exchanged. We hereby declare that Minzkou can not be held liable for any sort of third party’s faults.

Please note that creations of Minzkou are highly exclusive and limited. Indeed, very few amount of the same products are being produced and the items may run out of stocks much faster. Therefore, if the item that is requested for return or exchange is unavailable or sold out for any reason, Minzkou can not be held responsible of the situation.
