    ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL.

    Does one size fit all? It certainly does not. Alright, Can a small, medium or large fit different body shapes considered to be the same size? Haven’t we all noticed how one company’s fit suits well while another’s does little to flatter?

    Although seen as a sumptuous labor in most parts of the world, having garments tailored specifically for one’s own body is essential in order to look and feel our best. As a global pioneer, we introduce the luxurious experience of individual tailoring to all of our customers.
    Using our tailoring service will cost nothing. It is completely complimentary for our customers.

     

    Having no standard in sizing in fashion industry and overlooking this problem spread across all countries in the world -thanks to leading fashion houses. Promoting model-like girls that are extremely slim and tall is what the fashion industry has been feeding off for decades. As if women, ( petite plus-size or in between) don’t have the right to look flattery in clothes and feeling beautiful is OK only for the GlamGirl… Despite seeing more body positivity/neutrality as a rising trend, majority of the brands continue and will continue to ignore the non-standard sizing problem. Many of them don’t wanna get involved with this sizing problem and continue on avoiding this matter.
    It’s the time. This is 2020.  Just like technology, healthcare system and economical systems of societies are dragged into radical changes, things should change in fashion industry too. Here at Minzkou we customize almost every single product you see on the site to give our Cosmic Babes the perfect fit because we are aware that there are hundreds of different body types ! Not only customizing the size but Minzkou also offers the service of changing the color of the products as desired.
    Believing in sartorial elegance, we take pride in the customization function of Minzkou where customers receive personal tailoring through the comfort of their seat.
    Entering your data for tailoring is super easy. As you click on the items you have interest in, you’ll be directed to the desired item’s page.  On the right side of the product photo, there is a little icon titled as  “Customization”. The pop-up window shows up when it’s clicked on.
    Step 1  is to choose which measuring system to go by such as inch or centimeter.
    Step 2  is about measuring the body correctly.
    To illustrate,  to find out your bust size hold the measuring tape somewhat loosely around your chest on the level which stands out the most. Though not required, you can follow the same steps for the other required sizes such as waist, collar, inseam etc. under advanced options that could be of extra help to customize correctly with further details.
    If you wish, you may leave a note for any additional details you find necessary. Please apply the same steps to the other parts of your body for the requested measurements.

    Please remember that even after the payment goes through, The House will always contact back through e-mail to confirm the measurements and inform if there are other adjustments needs to be done.

    DURATION

    Most of tailored items will usually take 3-4 business days to prepare for shipping depending on the design. If the design requires high level of sensitivity, handcrafting or needs time for other technical procedures then it may take longer.

    Our customer service will contact you as soon as the order is taken to double-check the measurements and  will keep you updated for the final duration. The House’s customer service will walk you every single step starting from taking the order to deciding on the perfect fit till the shipping.

    EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

    Minzkou accepts free exchange for tailored items only if there is a mistake by our service.

    Exchanging the item will be free of charge if there is an error on tailored item by our Production Department, Minzkou refunds your exchange shipping fee or may offer store credit for the fee within 15 business days. The fixed order will be re-sent as long as it’s available and in stock. If the same order is not available or not doable due to unexpected reasons, our customer care service will be happy to help you on how to fix the situation and replace the item.

    Before we exchange the item, there will be evaluation of our team to confirm the acceptance of the item for exchange, the product must be;

    • re-sent within  5 days after arrival
    • in good condition
    • label is attached
    • undamaged, unused, unwashed
    • in its original package

    The House unfortunately does not accept any return on tailored items.

     

    To Exchange a Tailored Item:

    1. Get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at customercare@minzkou.com
    2. Request a Return Authorization Reference number.
    3. Include your original receipt in the returned parcel ensuring that your Return Authorization Reference number is clearly written on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns reference number will not be accepted.
    4. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
    5. The address for return will be given after contacting for return.
