    11 INGREDIENT TROPICAL SCONE RECIPE ( Original Vegan Recipe by Minzkou )

    Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Lectin-free & No Need for a Measurement Cup

    Who isn’t in love with classic British scones with jam and clotted cream !? We are so excited because this is our first blog post on foods and exclusively will be revealing our own Minzkou recipes for our loyal vegan followers of Vegan-friendly Silk Line.

    This recipe is completely gluten-free and doesn’t contain any dairy products. The ingredients picked also contain little or no lectin.

    Let’s get started!


    Serving size 10-12 scones

    • Organic almond flour (no added sugar)
    • ¼ small tsp rock salt
    • 1 oz. (28g) coconut oil or 3 tsp olive oil
    • 1 thick slice of pineapple, blueberry and maybe cherry
    • grated fresh coconut
    • pistachio
    • raw almond
    • walnut
    • almond milk or coconut milk
    • 0.20 oz. (5g) shaved beets

    Set – GO !

    STEP 1 :

    Drop the pineapple and other fruits of your selection in a bowl and smash it till it gets juicy

    STEP 2:

    Add shaved fresh coconut and all of the nuts

    STEP 3:

    Tip the flour on top of the ingredients and gently mix. There is no measured amount of how much to put. Just keep adding till the dough is not wet. Don’t smash the ingredients too much.

    Tip 1: Since this recipe is lectin-free we don’t use sugar or other sweeteners in it so you should make sure the fruit is sweet enough; otherwise the taste of scones won’t be so pleasing. Or if you don’t care about being lectin-free just dump as much as sugar or syrup in it.

    STEP 4:

    Add beets, it will give a very nice color and has lots of nutrition.

    STEP 5:

    After all ingredients are gently mixed well, add the salt and the oil.

    Tip 2: Usually the juice of the fruit is enough to wet the dough. But if the dough turns out hard you can add a few tbs of almond or coconut milk to soften up.

    STEP 6:

    Place the bowl in fridge for 15 minutes

    STEP 7:

    Meanwhile preheat the oven to 350 F (180C)

    STEP 8:

    Place baking a sheet on tray, flatten the edges and cut the dough in square pieces or just dump it on the tray randomly with a spoon

    STEP 9:

    Bake about 25 minutes or till the top gets a bit browned.
